what shows do you recommended?

I want to start watching teevee but i dont know what to watch . the
only show i watch is pretty little lairs, CSI and thats so 70 show.

so does anybody recommend a show that you watch thats really good and
why you like it.
also tell me the name of the channel . and the date/time they give it.
